Sometimes you wanna make that lamb sing! I'm a sucker for roasty toasty smoked spices, so we combined our cumin and coriander seeds with some sweet honey and zesty lemon to make this all-rounder lamb rub! 

I made a lamb hot pot with it and i also did a roast leg of lamb and used this in the gravy! it ABSOLUTELY BANGED.
