We teamed up with our buddies Pigs Pizza to create this delicious and satisfying breakfast pizza made on the Gozney Roccbox. Combining savory breakfast favorites like bacon, sausage, and a fresh egg with beautifully melted mozzarella and parmesan, this pizza is topped with an extra kick from pizza hot sauce and a sprinkle of bagel dust. It's perfect for sharing and can transform lazy mornings into an exciting gourmet experience. Gather your ingredients, fire up the Roccbox, and enjoy a perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- 1/4 cup 00 Pizza Flour (for dusting)
- 1 tablespoon Bagel Dust
- 1/4 cup Pizza Hot Sauce
- 1 Free Range Egg
- Left-over Sausage (sliced)
- 4 strips Bacon
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Directions
- Preheat the Gozney Roccbox to high heat.
- Dust your work surface with 00 Pizza Flour and gently stretch the pizza dough to a round shape.
- Spread Pizza Hot Sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
- Scatter Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top with slices of left-over sausage and crumbled bacon.
- Make a well in the center of the toppings and crack the free-range egg into the well.
- Sprinkle Bagel Dust over the entire pizza for added flavor.
- Transfer the pizza to a lightly floured pizza peel and then carefully place it in the Roccbox.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the Roccbox, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
