THIS WOZ VERY FUN TO MAKE, I COULDN'T REALLY DECIDE WHETHER I WANTED A SAUCE THAT TASTED LIKE PIZZA (WHATEVER GENERIC PIZZA TASTES LIKE?!) OR, WHETHER I WANTED A SAUCE THAT SLAPS ON PIZZA.
I THINK WHAT WE'VE COME UP WITH IS A MIXTURE OF THE TWO. IT'S SHARP, LIGHT AND FUNKY FRESH WHICH CUTS THRU THE CHEESINESS AND CARB. BUT DELIVERS A COMFORTING TASTY FLAVE THAT'LL HAVE YOU PIMPIN UP $1 RESTAURANTES FROM THE FREEZER WHEN IT GETS TO THE END OF THE MONTH.
I MADE A BOLOGNESEY STYLE PASTA BAKE WITH HUGE PASTA SHELLS, COVERED IT WITH CHERRY TOMS AND MOZZ BEFORE DOUSING THE WHOLE THING WITH THIS SAUCE AND IT WAS SOS SOSOSOSOSOSOSOSO GOOD. PLEASE TRY THIS COMBO.
