TRY GETTING SOME CHOPS, OIL AND RUB AS ABOVE BUT GRILL THEM TO THE HIGH HEAVENS, GET THAT SCORCH ON EM. WHERE THERE'S CHAR THERE'S FLAVOUR YA KNOW!
It's a fine powder glaze, so use it up quick once opened otherwise it'll clump up! To rectify it, just leave a chunk in some oil or water to dissolve it again and use as a basting/marinade.
