If you still aren't happy then get in touch straight away and we'll sort it all out! We want you to be stoked & feel warm n' fuzzy inside when you are using our gear.

How To Return An Item

1. Please email info@tubbytoms.com to request a refund so we know it's coming. You will need to print off a returns form here. Fill it in and return it with the UNOPENED items.

2. Mail your returned item to:

     Tubby Tom's, Unit F4 Churcham Business Park, Gloucester, GL2 8AX

3. Include in your package the returns form and if needed, instructions on what you would like to swap it for.
