Alright, legends – here’s the lowdown on getting your spicy fix delivered straight to your door. We’ve kept it simple, no faff, just facts. So grab a seat, read on, and get ready to turn up the heat!
HOW WE SHIP THE GOODS
We keep it classy with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 – meaning your tasty tubs of sauce and seasoning are tracked from our HQ to your hands, no sweat.
- PRIORITY: Royal Mail Tracked 24: You’re looking at 1-2 working days (UK mainland). Hot & fast, just like your Mum and costs £12.95
- STANDARD: Royal Mail Tracked 48: A bit more chill at 2-10 working days (UK mainland), but still quick enough to get you fired up and costs £5.95
For our mates overseas, shipping times are a bit of a wildcard depending on where you’re based. Just know that Royal Mail's doing their best to get it to you as fast as they can!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship far and wide – but here’s the deal, some countries are a pain in the rear when it comes to customs. So, if your country isn’t on our shipping list, it’s not because we don’t love you, it’s because your customs team doesn’t love us.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
Once you’ve placed your order and made that sweet payment, we’ll have your goods packed up and ready to go in 1-2 business days unless something catastrophic happens like we burn a batch of sauce. If it’s a weekend or a holiday, we’ll get cracking the next working day. No delays, no dramas.
We’ll ping you an email with all your tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.
WHAT IT’LL COST YA
Shipping costs depend on where you are and how heavy your sauce haul is. You’ll see the total at checkout – nice and easy.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, just a heads-up: you might be hit with customs fees, duties, or taxes when your goods land. We don’t have any control over these – it’s all up to your local customs crew. So make sure you’re prepared to cover any extra costs. We can’t be held responsible for delays due to customs either, so patience is key, mate!
DELIVERY DRAMAS?
If your order’s taking longer than expected or you reckon it’s gone walkabouts, hit us up at orders@tubbytoms.com. We’ll chase it down and make sure it lands in your hands safe and sound.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your package gets bounced back to us because of an address mix-up or because customs decided to throw a strop, we can re-send it. Just note you’ll have to cover the additional shipping costs. Double-check your address, folks – saves everyone the hassle!
