WE LOVE FALAFEL WRAPS. EVEN MEATHEADS KNOW THEY'RE BOOM BOOM! WE ALSO LOVE GRILLED CHICKEN WRAPS. MONEY SHOT IS THE PERFECT MANGO SAUCE / BASTING GLAZE FOR BOTH OF THESE THINGS!
We released this sauce as a limited edition back in the summer of 2017 to coincide with our first stall at the prestigious Eastnor Chilli Festival. I'd been as a punter in previous years and had joined the waiting list - it's a super popular event. It sold stupid good.
My two favourite ways to use this sauce are;
1. Falafel flatbreads with mountains of houmous, RAW onion, FRESH coriander, SHREDDED cabbage & crunchy lettuce, SLICED peppers & tomatoes, salad and a waterfall of Money Shot all over it.
2. Mango glazed grilled chicken, again with flatbreads and salad. Just marinate the chicken thighs in Money Shot before slapping on the flame grill. Keep some back for basting to keep it juicy.
