LOW HEAT / SUPER AROMA & TOASTED FLAVOUR
I've lovingly toasted the nicest whole spices and ground them into the world's best kebab mix, my neighbours hate me but it's worth it for the next level flava!
Super fragrant, open the tin and huff it until you reach kebab shop heaven. Low sugar and lower salt than most of my rubs, so add both to taste if needed.
Mix with oil and slap all over lamb shoulder before slow roasting and shredding into flatbreads with mint yoghurt, pickled pink onions and loads of salad. Also works really well with vegan chicken pieces, just hard fry them in the pan with plenty of oil, chuck in some shallot once cooked and dash in some kebab rub. Toss about and heat through before serving.

Ingredients (Allergens in Bold); Cumin, Garlic, Coriander, Pepper, Salt, Fennel, Paprika, Sumac, Chilli, Yeast, Anise.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
