We've made two tomatillo enchilada hot sauces for you! Both the same recipe, both using our friends home-grown chillies and delicious plump tomatillos! Super rare varieties with varying heat and flavour.
The idea is to cook off your enchi fillings in the frying pan, using our smoked oil and a seasoning of your choice (I like taco dust, la cucaracha or wake the dead for this). Add a drop of the sauce to get it sticky then stuff those wraps with a sprinkle of cheese inside. Once they're lined up, drizzle the rest of the sauce all over the top. Use a pastry brush or similar to spread it all out and then dump a world full of cheese on top. Bake til golden.
