MY NICK NAME WAS HERCULES AND I WAS THE HERO OF THE SCHOOL, I GOT INVITED TO EVERYONES HOUSES FOR TEA IN THE HOPES THAT MY AWESOMENESS WOULD RUB OFF ONTO EVERYONE ELSE. IT DIDN'T, I WAS DESTINED TO BURDEN THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF BEING A HERO ALL BY MYSELF.

NOW YOU CAN BECOME A BIG STRONG GREEK HERO JUST LIKE I WAS! JUST USE THIS HERBY, GARLICKY DELICIOUS SEASONING TO TRANSFORM YOUR CHICKEN, GYROS, HALLOUMI, COUSCOUS, SALADS AND ROAST VEG INTO THE NICEST THING YOU'VE EVER PUT IN YOUR MOUTH.

TO RUB: OIL UP THEN DUST UP YA MEAT, LEAVE TO MARINADE THEN GRILL! 

TO GYROS:  TENDERISE YA CHICKEN IN YOGHURT FOR AT LEAST A DAY BEFORE RUBBING, SLIDING ONTO A SPEAR, COOKING INDIRECT THEN CHARRING. THEN SLICE THINLY INTO WARM PITTAS WITH SALAD AND YOGHURT.

TO SEASON: BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS RUB IS AWESOME ON VEG! I DID A HUGE SMOKED TRAY BAKE THE OTHER DAY WITH ROASTED AUBERGINE, COURGETTE, ONION, PEPPER, GARLIC, TOMATOES - SERVED WITH FLAT BREADS, HOUMOUS, YOGHURT AND HERBY COUSCOUS. NOICE. (I COPIED THIS BIT FROM THE PASTRAMI RUB PAGE CUZ IT WORKS THE SAME. JUST TASTE DIFFERENT. LOL)

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened use within 2 weeks re-seal after each use. This is like magical powder, it's very fine. This means it can be susceptible to clumping if exposed to steam, high temperatures etc so use sensibly. Use ya fingers to break up the clumps if needed.
