- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons Chicky Fried Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Smoked Rapeseed Oil
- 2 tablespoon Outlaw Gravy
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, coat the chicken thighs evenly with Chicky Fried Seasoning and drizzle a good glug of oil to lube them up.
- Drizzle the air fryer basket with another squirt of oil and place the seasoned chicken tenders in, making sure not to over-crowd the basket.
- Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Mix the Outlaw Gravy powder with boiling water, whisk until combined - add more water/powder to reach your desired consistency.
- Serve the crispy chicken thighs with a sprinkle of chopped chives if you’re fancy and serve with Outlaw Gravy for dipping.
