Ingredients

  • 500g Lamb Mince
  • 3 tbsp Zero to Gyros Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Smoked Rapeseed Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Jam
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Lamb Mince, Zero to Gyros Seasoning, beaten eggs, and Garlic Smoked Rapeseed Oil. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Using clean hands, shape the mixture into small cylindrical kofta, about the size of a sausage.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Place the kofta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the kofta halfway through, until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the kofta from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
