The basa fillets are seasoned with La Cucaracha Seasoning and cooked in an air fryer to perfection, giving them a crispy exterior while keeping the inside moist and tender. The tacos are then filled with a refreshing mixture of mango, spring onion, red peppers, and cherry tomatoes, tossed in a zesty dressing made with Garlic Smoked Rapeseed Oil and lemon juice. For an extra kick, drizzle some Fire Candy Hot Sauce on top. These tacos are quick and easy to prepare, making them a perfect weeknight dinner option!
