Ingredients
- 200g Halloumi, sliced
- 1 tbsp Garlic Smoked Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tsp Tiger Salt
- 2 tbsp Korean One Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Bao
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, toss the halloumi slices with the garlic smoked rapeseed oil until well coated.
- Place the halloumi slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the halloumi for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, toss in a load of tiger salt and continue cooking until golden brown and crispy.
- While the halloumi is cooking, warm the bao buns according to the package instructions.
- Once the halloumi is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
- To assemble the bao buns, spread a teaspoon of Korean One Sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with a couple of halloumi slices, a drizzle of mayonnaise, and a sprinkle of chives.
- Serve the Air-Fried Halloumi Bao Buns immediately and enjoy!
