Our first espresso blend, trialled and sampled on our dining room table and now hitting the big time in our roastery. A blend of three beans from Colombia, Costa Rica and El Salvador, this espresso packs a punch of sweet acidity with nutty undertones. Think the brightness of rhubarb, with touches of creamy cashew and a sweet spot of butterscotch.
