THE ROCOTO PEPPERS ARE AMAZING, PHAT RED AND FLESHY WITH BLACK SEEDS AND A GOOD HEAT. MY BUDDY @KITCHENGARDENER GREW THEM FOR ME AND THEY'RE A WINNER. DEFFO GETTING MORE IN FOR NEXT YEAR.

LAYER IT INTO A NICE CIABATTA WITH MUTANG MUSTARD, EMMENTAL CHEESE, PICKLES. SPREAD BUTTER ONTO THE OUTSIDES AND SQUISH INTO A FRYING PAN - GRILL CHEESE THAT BISH! WORTH IT.

CHUCK EM IN THE OVEN AND COOK ON 180 FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR, TURN THE HEAT UP FOR ANOTHER TEN MINS UNTIL CRISPY ON TOP!
