MEDIUM HEAT / EXTRA STICKY / SUPER UMAMI
This is my take on a sweet Japanese style sauce, it's super rich with tonnes of soy, garlic and freshness from the ginger & a tiny ghost chilli kick.
Make mid-week meals great again - literally just fry off some peppers, onions and chicken. Drizzle this glaze over it all in the pan and toss it about, heat for a second before serving with noods or fried rice.
Also makes ridiculous sticky ribs, sticky aubergine and the nicest ever glazed wings. Just roast the wings slowly and once done just toss 'em in this sauce. Thank me l8r.
